I recently had the opportunity to try out a box jam packed with Newman's Own products this isn't the first time I have tried Newman's Own I buy it all the time and we absolutely love their products. They have some of the tastiest treats I have ever reviewed! I always love trying Newman's Own they just have such an amazing selection and assortment that you can not go wrong. You never know what your review box will contain but it is always great! This Easter wanted to add healthier snacks to my kids Easter Basket's and Newman's Own was my first thought! You can't go wrong with Newman's Own they donate one hundred percent of their profits to charity! All royalties and after tax profits from the proceeds of Newman’s Own and Newman’s Own Organics products go to the Newman’s Own Foundation. They’ve given away over 475 million dollars. Their variety of Dark and Milk Chocolate bars are so tasty and so much better than those high fructose corn syrup candy bars. In each bite of chocolate you could truly taste the cocoa flavor come out. They even have raspberry and peanut butter filled organic chocolate cups they are my favorites and I wanted to add them to the kids baskets this year! We love the cookie varieties creme filled, hermits, figs and regular cookies. My favorite cookies would have to be the Newman O's creme filled chocolate cookies and the Chocolate Chip Family Recipe Cookies. My favorite 2 products of all of the Newman's Own line are the Hermits and the Fig Newman's. They were both filled with the perfect fruit and soft baked to perfection! I added those to the kids baskets! They have licorice and that's a must for my kids they always look for it in their baskets!

My family and I tried out the Sweetheart Mix, Sea Salt Caramel Popcorn, Peanut Butter Cup Popcorn, Chocolate Pretzels and the ChipZel Popcorn. I loved every flavor and so did my family. I am not even a fan of cinnamon and I loved the Sweetheart Mix! The ChipZel Popcorn was my favorite it actually includes potato chips, pretzel sticks and popcorn drizzled in caramel, dark, white and milk chocolate. When I say drizzled I mean really drizzled! Every variety has thick swirls of different chocolate and or caramels. You can find a flavor everyone in your family will love because they have so many different varieties!
My husband loves peanut butter so I knew his favorite would probably be the Peanut Butter Cup Popcorn. He loved it! I even enjoyed it and I don't like peanut butter that much. The peanut butter mingles with the chocolate and popcorn so well. I also truly enjoyed the Sea Salt Caramel Popcorn. I love salty and sweet together so this mix was perfect for me. I have a pretty good feeling this will be one of my Valentine's Day gifts from my husband. He knows I love Funky Chunky!

Cousin Willie's Popcorn Review

Cousin Willie's has popcorn making down to a science! Most companies I work with come to me through social media but Uncle Willie's was recommended by my mother's boyfriend. He saw all the companies I work with and said you should work with Cousin Willie's they have amazing popcorn. I figured Cousin Willie's would be good but I never realized how good. To date they have the most flavorful popcorn I have reviewed!

Ramsey Popcorn Co., located in rural Ramsey, Indiana, is a family owned business that has been in operation for over 70 years. You need not look Ramsey up on the atlas, because it won’t be there but this is where Cousin Willie was born and it is where he has stayed – raising hogs, cattle, popcorn, 13 kids, and 30 grandchildren.
With the Sieg Family being a large part of the population Cousin Willie has felt it was his duty to see that everybody has some work to do. The first jobs he gives each of the kids on the farm is picking up rock and cleaning out hog pens. “That way, by the time they get to working at the popcorn plant, they like it just fine.” Today, Ramsey Popcorn Co., Inc. is one of the community’s largest employers.
Edward Sieg and his wife, Agnes, began the business in 1944 going from store to store selling raw popcorn and other items out of the back of their truck. The Sieg’s four sons, Wilfred, Donald, Eugene, and Mark inherited the business in the 1960’s. Wilfred E. Sieg, Sr., President Emeritus, is the actual Cousin Willie portrayed on the product today.
To get across to the public that our company was a family owned and operated business of down-home country folk, who knew their popcorn, Cousin Willie’s Original Popcorn and Microwave Popcorn was born. This name was first thought up in the late 1980’s by one of Wilfred’s nephews. It was decided by the family that Wilfred Sr. would best represent the product due to his country appearance and the family abundance of real cousins. In 1996, the business was handed down to the third generation of Sieg’s. Wilfred E. Sieg Jr., is now President, Daniel R. Sieg is Vice President, Eric J. Sieg is Treasurer and Jason Sieg as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Cousin Willie passed away in 2006 but the tradition lives on within the company and with Wilfred Jr., as he has taken on this role as the ambassador for the brand.
Having been in the popcorn business for so many years, Ramsey has built a large part of their reputation on reliability of supply and timely delivery. These two factors, along with providing the highest quality product, are Ramsey Popcorn’s highest priorities. Ramsey Popcorn sells roughly 50 million pounds of popcorn a year. The Cousin Willie’s brand is the number one selling microwave popcorn in several regions of the U.S. Ramsey is not new to the export market either. They export to over 20 countries including Taiwan, Canada, Holland, Denmark, Russia, Israel, Mexico, Honduras, Greece, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Israel, Bulgaria, Mexico, and throughout Europe.
Ramsey Popcorn also is a preferred vendor to the Boy Scouts of America. We provide our CAMP MASTERS brand popcorn products for their fundraising programs throughout the U.S.
We tried the Cousin Willie's Simply Better Mauve Popcorn bags in Kettle Corn, Real Butter, White Cheddar and Sea Salt. My favorite of course was the Sea Salt. As most of you guys already know I am a salt lover! My kids really enjoyed the Kettle Corn Variety and my husband liked the White Cheddar. You can see all of Cousin Willie's products here. As most of my fans know popcorn is kind of my families go to snack. It is the one snack my husband, myself and my three kids all love. Rocky Mountain Popcorn from Open Road Snacks is sure to please! They have light, fluffy, scrumptious popcorn flavors. Rocky Mountain Popcorn is also wholesome it is Gluten Free and Nut Free. That is a huge plus it is so hard to find anything nut free. Now a days it seems like everything is processed with nuts. When you have nut allergies that's a huge issue. This is not the case with Rocky Mountain Popcorn!
The next time you have family movie night be sure you also have Rocky Mountain Popcorn. The individual bags make servings easy and great for kids. The perfect night to me is movie night with my husband and kids we all enjoy popcorn and a drink. We kick back and just enjoy the down time!
We were able to try the White Cheddar, naked, Kettle, Jalapeno, Butter, Caramel and their newest flavor not even in stores yet Sriracha! I loved the Caramel it is simply delicious with a large amount of coated caramel. I love sweets and this is a super satisfying sweet and salty treat! My kids loved the naked and the butter varieties. They are a little picky so plain was great for them. My husband loves everything on the spicy side. He was a huge fan of the Sriracha and the Jalapeno. WOW!!!!! I love it!!!! My whole family has enjoyed New Pop. New Pop was gracious enough to send a giant case. That is a ton of popcorn and we have ate every bite but 2 bags and they are open just not finished off. For everyone Vegan out there shout out! New Pop is also Vegan! New Pop would be the perfect inexpensive gift for the whole office. I would suggest making up a nice gift basket and placing in all 3 New Pop varieties. It is sure to be a crowd pleaser!
This is absolutely the most satisfying snack that I have found. It is popcorn without the husks. I have been dieting and have lost 15 pounds and this is a very satisfying snack with only 32 calories in a 7 ounce serving. I like the fact that you are not giving up taste for low calories. This snack has a pop corn, rice cake, sugar smack taste that is light and filling. New Pop comes in several flavors Hot and Sweet, Sweet Cinnamon, and Original and they are all very good. They are safe for small children because they are a skinless popcorn. My toddler likes them equally as well as me. They are great for little ones as they are skinless and much softer and easier to chew. New Pop is also a non GMO Gluten Free, low calorie snack for all ages. I am gladly liking, sharing and telling everyone how delicious that this product is.
